Your options for a refund will depend on how you originally signed up for PlateJoy. There are two ways you could have signed up for PlateJoy:

  1. Signed up directly on platejoy.com

  2. Signed up via your mobile phone's app store: Apple App Store of the Google Play Store.

For purchases made on platejoy.com

If you signed up for PlateJoy on our website and you're not completely satisfied with your PlateJoy experience, you can request a full refund within 10 days of sign-up or renewal. For gift cards, the refund period begins on the date of purchase. Refunds will be made to the credit card on file and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Refunds must be handled within the channel the purchase was made. PlateJoy does not have authorization to manage refunds through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact Apple or Google directly to manage your app subscriptions.

After 10 days, we do not provide refunds or pro-rated refunds.
