How can I check on the status of my account?
To check the status of your account, visit your Subscriptions Page (in the upper-right corner menu select "settings" and then "subscription" on desktop).
Note that the Subscription page can only be accessed on the PlateJoy website, not on the mobile app.
You'll be able to see your full subscription details, including paid period end and next payment. If your account has been cancelled, you'll be able to confirm that here as well.
