To move a meal from your current menu to the next menu you create, first navigate to your menu by selecting the "menu" tab.

Find the meal you would like to move and select the three dots in the upper right corner.

Select the option "move to next menu" on the dropdown menu.

This recipe is then added to your recipes queue for future menus.
