Yes. When you’re creating a new weekly menu, you can tell us how much time you’ll have to cook for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks or desserts during the week. If you denote you’ll have less time to cook, we’ll sub in pre-prepped ingredients for some recipes on your menu to fit your schedule.

If you find out that you have more time to cook than you had thought, you’re welcome to purchase raw ingredients and prep them on your own time. Your recipe time won’t change to account for raw instead of pre-prepped ingredients. Simply make a mental note to add a few extra minutes for prep time during your week!
