You can set a calorie goal on your “Meal preferences” page under “Settings” by following these steps:
1. Select “Settings” from the menu in the top right corner of your browser or top left corner of your mobile app
2. Select “Meal preferences” from the options
3. Select the pencil icon for “My health goals”
4. Enter your caloric goal in the first box. If you are unsure what your caloric goal should be, use the calculator provided to get a recommendation.
Once you have a goal set you can edit that goal by following the same steps above, or by selecting “Edit health goals” on the “Daily nutrition” drop down view located on the “Weekly menu” tab.
