You may notice that the calories on your daily menu are slightly different from your personal calorie goal. Each portion size has an associated calorie range. Your daily menu calorie total will fall within your selected portion size range, but may be slightly higher or lower than your personal calorie goal.

Total daily calories include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. If your calorie level falls within 2 portion size ranges, we suggest you choose the portion size that gets you closest to your goal. Here are the available portion sizes and their calorie ranges:

Small

1,050–1,350 daily calories

Medium

1,400–1,800 daily calories

Large

1,750–2,250 daily calories

Extra large

2,100–2,700 daily calories
