Go HERE to update your plan to the PlateJoy Path.
Select the goal “Make nutritious food choices” or “Better manage your weight” to have the PlateJoy Path option available for selection.
Following the PlateJoy Path will not remove any prior settings you have around meat selection, ingredient preferences, etc. However, it will override your current diet plan (e.g. you will go from seeing Mediterranean-style only meals to seeing all Balanced plates meals that are provided by the PlateJoy path and meet your other requirements).
