This issue often occurs when your list is sent over to the Instacart or Amazon mobile app. The PlateJoy mobile app is not able to sync with the Instacart or Amazon mobile apps, only the web browser.

If you’re accessing PlateJoy from the app on a mobile device and your list is not populating in Instacart or Amazon Fresh, please sign in to PlateJoy from a web browser to send your list to your selected delivery service.

Instacart

Please make sure if you're using a mobile device, that when you send your list over to Instacart, it does not open directly in the Instacart App, but instead opens Instacart in a web browser. The PlateJoy app is not able to sync with the Instacart App. You may find it helpful to sign-in to PlateJoy on a computer web browser at www.platejoy.com/Sign_in and send your list over to Instacart from there.

Once items have been ordered through the browser, notifications about the order and all other functionality related to the order will work in the Instacart mobile app.

Amazon

The PlateJoy app is not able to sync with the Amazon app. If you are using the PlateJoy app on your mobile device, when you send your list over to Amazon, Amazon will need to open in a browser window and NOT the Amazon app. It may be helpful for you to login to PlateJoy from a desktop browser at www.platejoy.com/sign_in and send your list over to Amazon Fresh that way.
